Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of the Asker Store and any order you place through it.

1.Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it and it appears in your orders list. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our service area.
2.Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery only; we do not collect card details or process online payments.
3.Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is free on orders above the published threshold; below it, a flat delivery fee applies. Someone must be present at the address to receive the order and pay in cash.
4.Returns
Inspect your cartons on arrival. If a product is damaged or incorrect, refuse it at the door or contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund the amount paid.
5.Your account
Access is verified by a one-time code sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for keeping that device and code private, and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.
6.Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for how products are stored, prepared, or served after delivery.
7.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
